Queen’s Beach Hotel
Adriatic Properties, also managing the Sveti Stefan Aman Resort, plans the construction of the new five-star property along the Montenegrin coastline. Queen’s Beach hotel will feature 126 accommodation capacities, including 60 rooms and 66 luxury apartments. The contemporary property will have multiple pools with sweeping coastline views, restaurants, bars, spa and two underground levels with 137 parking lots. The construction is scheduled to finish in two and a half years.
Durmitor Hotel
The Durmitor national park will boast with a new five star hotel, inspired by the wild beauty of the mountains and using natural materials. The new Durmitor hotel will offer 70 rooms, a conference room, two restaurants, indoor and outdoor pool, underground parking and Spa centre. Additional 11 villas will be constructed in the forest nearby. The luxury resort will attract guests throughout the year – for skiing, snow shoeing in winter time and for hiking, rafting thought the 1,300 m deep Tara River canyon and canyoning from spring to autumn.
Four Points by Sheraton Kolašin & Westin Ski Resort Kolašin
