ACTIVELY SUPPORTING A WORTHY CAUSE
Building beehives
Looking for a unique and engaging CSR activity that not only benefits the team of participants but also supports the environment by providing new homes for bees? Join those socially responsible companies that are demonstrating their social responsibility by supporting the increasingly endangered bees.
Our civilization is much more dependent on bees than we dare to admit (bees pollinate as many as 84% of all cultivated plants in Europe….). Supporting the indigenous Carniolan lavender, of course, also means supporting quality local food production, and thus the long-term health of our nature and society.
Surrounded by stunning natural scenery and the picturesque lake Bled, the team can help Carniolan greyhounds by building a real beehive. Apiary can also be built at some other location or even supported by a beekeeping circle. Perhaps they can learn how to beekeep themselves as well, or we can provide a beekeeper who will take care of the bees and supply the team with honey regularly under your “brand”.
This project has the potential to be a fun and meaningful team-building experience that supports a worthy cause.

BRIGHTEN UP THE SCENERY OF THE LIPICA STUD FARM
Painting fences in Lipica stud farm
Located in the picturesque Karst region of Slovenia, sheltered under the shade of century-old lime trees and oaks, lies the Lipica Stud Farm – the cradle of the Lipizzaner horse. Since 1580 the Lipica Stud Farm has nurtured the tradition of breeding and selecting thoroughbred horses. Painting wooden fences can be a fun and engaging CSR activity that allows team members to contribute towards a common goal while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The participants work together to repaint the part of the 12-kilometer-long Lipizzan fence, which protects the Lipizzan herd and offers visitors a wonderful view of the green Lipizzan landscape. The activity is combined with a guided tour and a garden lunch in the greenery of the ancient stud farm. White sofas and chairs, field flowers, and picnic decorations will create a special “close to nature” atmosphere. Tasty buffet lunch includes local Karst specialties and various Mediterranean dishes.
