With more than 1.6 billion EUR in investments, Croatia is booming with new hotel developments. In the last year, 33 hotels of 4* and 5* category were built or renovated – which brought 3500 rooms of the higher category to the market. Here are a few hand-picked hotels, that we are excited about.

Amadria park hotel, Zagreb

Opening in autumn this year, Amadria Park hotel is opening at a prestigious location in the centre of Zagreb. Grand, early 20th century building features 112 rooms and carries eclectic style and it reflects charm from Secession and Art Deco eras.

Hilton Imperial Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik

One of the oldest hotels in the Adriatic is operating under Hilton brand name since 2005. Renovated this year, the hotel now offers 149 accommodation units. Besides all hotel rooms, hotel lobby and bar were also renovated – and they all kept Grand imperial style, typical for this hotel.

Remisens hotel Albatros, Dubrovnik

In April this year, the Remisens Hotel Albatros opened near the town of Cavtat, only 6 km from Dubrovnik airport. Renovated rooms in this 4-star hotel offer the sea view and all the comfort you wish for. They also offer 3 meeting rooms that can accept up to 220 people and complete hotel capacity is 306 rooms.

Courtyard by Marriott, Split

First Marriot hotel in Croatia is expected to be built in 2019 in Split, as a part of the highest building in Croatia, the Dalmatia tower. The hotel will have 190 rooms and two congress halls with 150 and 250 places. Due to a special shape of the building, each room will have a sea view and the hotel will take place in the top 10 floors of the hotel in 130 m high building.
