One of the trendiest C&IT destinations will attract guests with brand new or completely renovated hotels, including Hyatt in Zadar. In addition to the brand new convention centre in Šibenik, groups have a unique opportunity to privatize an island in the midst of the Adriatic Sea.
Hotel expansion in Zadar
Zadar region is increasingly enlarging its accommodation option. The opening of the Almayer Heritage Hotel & Art Gallery 4*, a boutique property with nine rooms, is planned for 2017. 2019 is earmarked for the opening of the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Croatia. The five-star Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska will be located in the heart of Zadar, featuring 130 rooms, conference halls, restaurants, spa and an outdoor swimming pool.
An island to be privatized
A private island in the Adriatic sea off the Croatian coast offers a large contingent of glamping facilities, which can be privatized for groups up to 1.000 people. Guests are accommodated in safari-style forest lodges or bell tents, which are all elegantly furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with wi-fi. The island covered in pine and olive trees, features also a selection of bars, restaurants and a wellness offer.
The largest convention centre opening in Šibenik
Šibenik will make place on the meeting industry map with a new convention centre, built only for meetings and conventions. The convention centre Šibenik will have 11 meeting rooms spanning over three floors and total capacity of 6.000 sq meters.
