On top of the list of most attractive green destinations of the world, Slovenia spoils with clean air, healthy waters and forests spanning over two thirds of the country. The pristine nature calls on the outdoor lovers to embark on green adventures. The sustainability experts and environmental activists are eager to share their knowledge, first-hand experiences and passion for sustainable development. And Intours DMC pledges to design attractive green incentive and meeting programs in Slovenia.
For a small group of IT professionals from Sweden, Intours DMC orchestrated an active incentive program in the greenery of the Triglav national park. While staying at the Green Globe certified hotel in Bohinj, the guests enjoyed downhill biking from Pokljuka plateau, canyoning and hiking tour on Vogel mountain with a zipline ride at 1.535 meters. They sampled Slovenian delicacies at a traditional restaurant listening to the sound of accordion and a contemporary one, growing the ingredients at its garden and listening to a stream flowing through the restaurant.
Impressed with pristine nature, outmost cleanliness and friendly locals, the guests praised Slovenia for its environmental consciousness and sustainable endeavours.
