Pelegrini - Sibenik
Awarded as the best Croatian restaurant in the past years, Pelegrini’s winning combination is tradition and innovation interlaced. With local gastronomy, following contemporary trends and a beautiful location opposite to cathedral of St James, it is not a surprise that the restaurant enthralls its guests.
360º - Dubrovnik
Set inside the great Dubrovnik city walls, above the port and surrounded by a beautiful architecture, Restaurant 360 is famous for its Mediterranean specialties. It offers stunning views of Dubrovnik’s iconic architecture, while all the dishes are only from local ingredients.
Monte - Rovinj
Located on the top of a hill in Rovinj’s old town, Monte restaurant offers artistic ambiance. The best products from the Rovinj marketplace are a daily inspiration for their menu and they are considered a pioneer in fine dining and distinctive cuisine.
In 2019 also the Noel restuarant in Zagreb received its first Michelin star, recognizing their dishes with distinct flavours carefully prepared to a consistently high standard. Also Draga di Lovrana, a Kvarner restaurant, entered the Michelin list in 2019.
